In this blog we will show you how to setup your app on our platform.
below are the steps you should follow In case you have your own website:
1. Go to ‘My Domains’ section, then Click on +’Add Domain/App’.
2. Choose ‘App’ from the options below and then click on 'yes'.
3. Choose whether you have an app-ads.txt file implemented on your domain (Yes / No)
a. If the answer is Yes, then
i. Insert your developer domain page URL (i.g www.fluffygames.com)
ii. Choose your preferred verification method and follow the guidelines accordingly
SSH Verification:
1. Upload the installation file (adstxt.php) inside your root folder.
2. Execute chmod 666 app-ads.txt
3. Press the "Verify" button on this screen
FTP Verification:
1. Upload the installation file (adstxt.php) inside your root folder
2. In your ftp software Right-click on your app-ads.txt file
3. File Permissions \ Properties
4. Set numeric value to 666
5. Press the "Verify" button on this screen
b. If the answer is No, then
i. Insert your developer domain page URL (i.g www.fluffygames.com)
ii. Choose your preferred verification method and follow the guidelines accordingly

2. Execute chmod 666 app-ads.txt
3. Press the "Verify" button on this screen
FTP Verification:
1. Upload the installation files (adstxt.php + app-ads.txt) inside your root folder
2. In your ftp software Right-click on your app-ads.txt file
3. File Permissions \ Properties
4. Set numeric value to 666
5. Press the "Verify" button on this screen
4. Add your app URL from your App Store / Google Play URL and place it in the yellow box.
Once you will click on the ‘Add app’ button, we will verify that your app developer domain is associated to your bundle and if it does your app will be added to ‘My Domains\Apps’ section and you will be able to start using our ads.txt editor & marketplace.
*It is crucial to implement either the ads.txt or app-ads.txt files before clicking ‘verify’. As we have to make sure that you own & operate the website/app. By doing so, we ensure a clean ads.txt environment for publishers and app developers for better ads.
